I like the new show Ben is in, The Cleaner. Has anyone heard how the show is doing? I would just be crushed if Ben’s show was cancelled again, and this show is so much better than E-Ring. What do people think the chances are with this show?

The first episode of The Cleaner drew 2.6 million total viewers and this is considered very good.
Don’t get me started on networks’ policy for cancelling shows. I can’t get the sense of spending money to produce 22 episodes of a show and then cancel it after airing over half of them. (BTW, I liked E-Ring.) -
ANOTHER talk show appearance: on Tavis Smiley, a PBS offering, this coming Monday August 4.

Not sure if folks know Tavis … his show is part serious newsmakers and part entertainers. He and his guests always offer a thoughtful perspective on things — enjoyable and informative!
