The Wall Las Memorias “ROJO” Honoring Benjamin and Peter Bratt for “La Mission”

The Wall Las Memorais Project – an organization advancing the health of Latinos – is hosting their annual fundraiser, “ROJO”, at the historic Cicada Restaurant in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

The event will honor Peter and Benjamin Bratt for “La Mission”, as a film contributing to expanding the dialogue and awareness of the challenges faced by gay and lesbian Latinos in today’s society, as they seek harmony between their sexual orientation and strong cultural pride.

ROJO features music, wine and food tasting and brings together community, civic leaders, and a new generation of believers all fighting for the same cause, to celebrate life and hope.

For more information on how you can be a part of the ROJO” experience, please contact The Wall Las Memorias executive director, Richard Zaldivar at rzaldivar@TheWallLasMemorias.org.
